NEED A U.S. VISA FAST?

You have a problem. You need a U.S. visa so you can stay in the U.S., or come to the U.S.  If you are an accredited investor, we may have the best solution for your problem.

The Appalachian EB-5 Regional Center and the Tryon International Equestrian Center are able to help obtain EB-5 Visas for Accredited Investors who invest $800,000  (versus $1.05M for non-rural, non-high unemployment projects).

Under the new 2022 EB-5 Program Reauthorization, investors in Rural Projects (like Tryon) have substantial advantages related to SPEED:

(a) "Priority Processing" for your I-526 petition, and potentially for your I-485 and I-829;

(b)  Concurrent Filing benefits if you are in the U.S. in valid nonimmigrant status (e.g., H1B or F1), allowing you to file your I-526 and I-485 concurrently for parallel processing (including applications for employment authorization and advance parole); and
(c) Rural Set Asides if you are from a backlogged country (e.g., China, Vietnam, and possibly India soon). The law creates several new EB-5 visa categories, including Rural, which is subject to a different queue than other types of EB-5 visas.  Since the Rural category is new, there is presently no backlog (unlike the regular EB-5 category), allowing investors to skip the non-rural EB-5 backlog queue caused by the per country quota. (Click here to learn more if you were born in a backlog country.)

“Priority Processing” is intended to confer timing benefits similar to "Expedited Processing", which Tyron investors previously benefited from.

If you value your time and care about speed for getting your U.S. visa (or your EAD work authorization), we may have your best option.

Tryon has been the leading Rural EB-5 project for several years with:

(1) Investors – Over 350+ investors already invested
(2) Approvals - Over 315+ approvals to date for I-526s
(3) Jobs - already created for all investors with a 20%+ surplus (and the project continues to create additional jobs)
(4) Previous Exemplar Approval from USCIS
(5) Real-Estate backed loan – with a 1st lien on majority of acreage
(6) I-829 approvals - for permanent Green Cards already received for early investors

As of April 2022, Tryon only has a few EB-5 investor slots remaining. If you are interested, contact us today.

(The offering has been extended through December 31, 2023 in accordance with the terms of the Private Placement Memorandum.)

3 TIMING RISKS TO CONSIDER

If your country is at risk of
a U.S. visa processing backlog,
Expedited Processing may be
your best option

Born in India?

- In July 2020, India became "Current" again and is no longer in backlog

- Expedited I-526 processing maximizes your probability of getting your Green Card as quickly as possible (to avoid risk that India goes into backlog processing again and slows down your path)

- (If India ever goes into backlog again, then Chart B may be available to you, just as it has been frequently in the past, to help you secure your EAD work authorization while you wait for your Green Card.  If so, you could get the same essential work and travel rights as a Green Card holder while you wait for your Greencard.)

- Consult your immigration attorney to discuss your situation

Expedite Your Processing

- Tryon is the only major EB5 project we are aware of with i-526 Expedited Processing

- Standard Processing – quoted at 31 to 52 months for i-526 adjudication phase (as of Dec 2019)

Very Few Slots Remaining

- Very Few Investor Spots remaining (as of Spring 2020)

- Don’t miss your chance to Expedite your i-526 (and get stuck with Standard Processing)

WHY ARE INVESTORS FROM AROUND THE WORLD RUSHING TO TRYON?

“It was an easy decision to go with Andy and the Tryon project because it was clear from my research that Tryon was my fastest path to a U.S. visa. I trust Andy and his professional team and the Tryon project is obviously world class. I feel proud to be a financial supporter of Tryon and the jobs it is creating.”"

Speed was the most important issue for our family. We need to get our greencards before the USCIS processing backlog comes to India.  Going with Andy and Tryon was the best option for us because of the expedited processing. I didn’t find any other EB-5 projects with expedited processing; the other projects I found all have “standard processing”. With Tryon, our I-526 Processing only took 42 days. From speaking with others, I would guess the expedited processing saved us at least 2 years on the path to permanent residency.  But with the greencard processing backlog coming for my country, it may have saved us 5 years or more.”

I-526 Approval:  42 Days

“We needed a reliable team with a track record of getting things done fast. Andy didn’t let us down. Our I-526 processing took 47 Days with the Tryon project’s expedited processing.  As of June 2018, USCIS website says the U.S. government is currently taking 25 months to finish processing I-526 applications with standard processing, and “standard processing” is the processing speed of every other EB-5 project I looked at. Tryon was the only exception I could find with “expedited processing.” Going with any other project would have felt far too risky to my family because of significantly slower processing times and years of additional delay."

Speed of processing was the critical factor for my familySo I looked for the team that could solve our immigration challenge fastest. I looked at a number of options, but no one had a better option for us than Andy and Tryon. I couldn’t find any other project that had expedited processing, so it was a no brainer decision. Based on discussions with my immigration attorney, I feel confident Tryon’s expedited processing has saved us years in the immigration process."

“My need for a Green Card was primarily for my kids who are in college in the US and would like to live and
work there (with ease) after graduation. Green Cards for me and my wife are just a bonus! It means the world
for my family and particularly for the kids. While my kids have an Indian passport, they have hardly lived there
and hence it was important for them to be able to live and work in the US with as little hassle as possible. No
other alternative (but EB-5) would have worked for us in the timeframe that we had to work with. The best part
of the entire process was expedited processing. . . . I am thankful for the day that I made the decision to
contact your organisation in particular.”

“Tryon was a natural choice to me as it has expedited I-526 processing!! My GC application via traditional
other employment based category was taking more than 10 years with no way to know when the dates would
get current !
It took me 84 days to get the I-526 approval and a mere 5 months to get conditional GreenCard after that !!
Andy & the team were very professional throughout the process and coordinated well with the law firm and
entire experience was very smooth! I am very glad that I went with Tryon for my EB5 “

WORLD CLASS EB-5 PROJECT

WITH THE FASTEST

EB-5 VISA PROCESS

(Priority Processing for I-526, I-485, and I-829 petitions)

$900,000 FOR TRYON EB-5

(versus $1.8 million for most other

leading EB-5 projects)

Question: Why does Tryon have a $900,000 minimum investment when other leading EB-5 projects now have a $1.8M minimum investment?

Answer: Because Tryon is in a Rural Targeted Employment Area (“Rural TEA”) and so qualifies for the lower minimum investment under the latest EB-5 regulations that went into effect on Nov 21, 2019.

Most other leading EB-5 projects are based in cities. Many of those city-based projects previously relied on TEA’s that
consisted of a large number of census tracts, which was possible under the prior regulations. However, the new EB-5
regulations allow a high unemployment TEA to include only the project census tract and the immediately adjacent
census tracts, which has resulted in most large, urban EB-5 projects that formerly qualified as TEAs to no longer qualify for the lower investment amount.

As a result, the other leading EB-5 projects from 2018 and 2019 that we are aware of, now have a minimum investment amount of $1,800,000.

We believe Tryon is the market’s most popular EB-5 project from 2018 and 2019 that is currently available at the lower $900,000 minimum investment amount.

THE RURAL ADVANTAGE...  SPEED

Priority Processing

Concurrent Filing

Set Asides

- "Priority Processing" speeds for I-526 petitions

- "Priority Processing" potentially also includes I-485 and I-829, pending final regulatory approach for Rural Projects. If so, this would be even better than Tryon investor's previous "Expedited Processing", which only applied to the I-526 stage

- EB-5 investors who are already in the U.S. in valid nonimmigrant status (e.g., H1B or F1) can now concurrently file for I-526 and I-485 adjustment of status (including applications for employment authorization and advance parole),

 - Further increases speed through the overall EB-5 process

- If you were previously subject to an EB5 backlog (e.g., because you were born in China or Vietnam, or possibly soon India),  click here to learn more about how you can now skip the backlog queue by investing in a Rural EB-5 Project

THE RURAL ADVANTAGE...  SPEED

The Tryon Advantages... are Unmatched

In addition to the benefits conferred on all Rural Projects by the 2022 Reauthorization, Tryon has many additional advantages:
